Cities of the Pantheon, Hilm: An exchange student from the distant land of Kara-Tur opened fire with a Cho-ku-no on fellow students at the University of Hilm. Using his repeating crossbow and several rounds of ammunition, he shot 32 people, including two moralist teachers, before killing himself with his weapon.
